The Victoria Age has more of the saga on Chabad Yeshivah Centre pedophile, David Cyprus and the scumbag lawyer who defends him, Alex Lewenberg.

On Tuesday, lawyer became client in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as Mr Lewenberg faced allegations he pressured a victim of the notorious paedophile to stay silent because they were both Jews.
The Victorian Legal Services Commissioner has accused Mr Lewenberg of “professional misconduct” over two incidents where he complained about the victim helping police.
In a secretly recorded telephone conversation, revealed by Fairfax Media, Mr Lewenberg, a Russian-born Jew, told the victim, known as AVB:
“I am not exactly delighted that another Yid [Jew] would assist police against an accused no matter whatever he is accused of and that is the reason why I was very disappointed,” Mr Lewenberg said in October 2011.
“Because there is a tradition, if not a religious requirement, that you do not assist against Abraham.”
Mr Lewenberg has admitted that he made the comments, along with similar remarks a month earlier in a bail hearing for Cyprys at the Melbourne Magistrates Court in September 2011. Cyprys was sentenced to eight years jail in 2013.

Uh, CD, one problem in copying headlines is that they might be written in a different form of English than that used in the United States. When they say “struck off” they mean disbarred.
Also, I respectfully request you to take it easy with terms like “scumbag.” It’s fashionable to hate lawyers until one finds oneself needing their services.

I can insert “disbarred” in the headline, no problem.
And though I’ve made a few regrettable, unfairly ‘broad brushing’ comments in the past; “scumbag” here wasn’t one of them. I think Alex Lewenberg deserves the title.

Awaiting the day that several things are straightened out and normalcy will reign once again:
Pedophilia will be considered a mental disfunction AS HOMOSEXUALITY SHOULD BE, and instead of locking people away, treatment or cure will be explored.
Merely touching a child where s/he may or may not be discomforted (as bad as some try to convince you it is) is not something that warrants several years behind bars and ruined lives of entire families.
May Wax (a rodef) and all his enablers (a favorite Shmarya term) rot in hell for destroying people’s lives, for being slightly discomforted. ימח שמם וזכרם.
May all judges who help along these self proclaimed victims, suffer an agonizing slow death. Let them feel the pain they have caused others.
May Cypres find a professional that can help tame his urges.

Seriously? Comparing pedophillia with homosexuality is absolutely ludicrous!!
I would suggest that belief in an imaginary, stoneage entity is a much more insidious and serious mental disfunction. I worry for your sanity.
